Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the Free plan. You won't lose any data, but all tracked games will stop updating.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, new features activate immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No, we do not offer refunds. Please carefully review our plans and features before subscribing. You can always downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.
Check your dashboard to see the usage meter, which shows how many games you're tracking vs. your plan's limit (e.g., "3/10 games tracked").
Absolutely. We use PayPal and Patreon for payments, both industry leaders in secure payment processing. We never see or store your credit card information.
It is your PayPal Billing subscription ID starting with I- (not a charge receipt number and not an API key). After checkout, the subscribe page shows it when possible. You can also find it in PayPal under Settings → Payments → Automatic payments. In Discord, use /redeem with option subscription_id, your plan, and provider PayPal. Admin-created API keys (rbx_…) cannot be used for redeem; grant a server plan via Admin → Users or whitelist instead.
No. On webhook.newstargeted.com, replace discord.com with webhook.newstargeted.com in your Discord webhook URL and POST as usual. The RBX-Tracker bot is not required to send. Register the webhook in the webhook dashboard and keep an active plan only if you need higher ingress limits.
Premium and Enterprise subscribers can integrate RBX Tracker data into their own applications using our REST API.
