RBX-Tracker is a Discord bot and web application that provides statistics tracking for Roblox games. The Service includes:

• Real-time game statistics tracking
• Discord integration for automated updates
• Web dashboard for game management
• Subscription-based premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must authenticate using your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.

RBX-Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox, the Roblox logo, and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees
